Return and Refund Policy
Overview
At Vape my Life, we are committed to providing excellent service to our customers. Before making a purchase, we strongly recommend that you read and understand our refund policy. We prioritize the health and safety of our customers and have implemented certain policies to ensure their well-being.
By purchasing from us, you agree that you are over the age of 18 in the UK. We will not ship any products if we believe the customer is under the age of 18 (please refer to the vaping laws in your country). In such cases, you may or may not receive a refund.
Cancellation Policy
We provide a 15-minute grace period for order cancellations due to our fast turnaround time. If you wish to cancel your order beyond the 15-minute grace period, we may not be able to process the cancellation as we will have already begun processing the order.
Return Policy
To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 14 days of purchase. Any returns made after the 14-day period will not be eligible for a refund, regardless of any issues.
For health and safety reasons, e-liquid products, including shortfills, nic salts, and nic shots, cannot be returned, whether they have been opened, used, or remain sealed in their original packaging. The only exception is if we have sent an incorrect item. Refunds will not be accepted for choosing the wrong flavor or not liking the taste/smoke of the item.
Vape kits or e-cigarettes can be returned within the 14-day period but must be in their original packaging. Buyers are responsible for the return delivery of any items, and a refund will be issued once we receive and verify the returned item at Vape my Life. Buyers are also responsible for the cost of returning the delivery for any orders placed on https://vapemylife.co.uk/ If damage has been caused to the item due to mishandling by the buyer, deductions may be made from the refund.
We will refund the delivery cost of any item to match the cheapest delivery method we offer, unless the order qualified for free delivery. In the case of free delivery, we will deduct the delivery charge from the total refund amount, even if only a partial order is being returned. If the buyer has paid for special delivery, we may only be able to refund the amount equivalent to the cheapest delivery service offered on the day the order was placed.
Disposable vape items, including disposable vapes and refill pods, cannot be refunded unless we have sent an incorrect item. In the case of receiving an incorrect item, we can only accept the refund if the item is in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons and customer safety, any disposable vape items not in their original packaging cannot be returned, even if they were sent incorrectly. Please check the item before opening. Puff counts provided are approximate and serve as a guide based on manufacturing standards.
